Many cases of political behavior in the workplace concern make-or-break causes of concern. Some employees behave politically in order to preserve their jobs or to obtain a livable salary. However, it is often the case that people behave politically over trivial issues.
For your first post, describe the silliest case of office politics you have ever encountered. Keep in mind that when this event happened it may not have made sense to you.
