You must go beyond the Spielvogel text (Spielvogel, Western Civilization: A Brief History, vol 1, 7th edition (ISBN 978-0-495-57148-3) please consult and cite at least two books and at least one scholarly journal article from the Library. The use of information from non-academic websites is prohibited. Refer to Rampolla, Section 7 for citation style information.
Your essay should be typed in 12-point Times New Roman with 1” margins on all sides, double-spaced, and have your name and the instructor’s name in the upper right hand corner. Essays will be evaluated based on thesis statement, organization, content, and the use of standard written English. Refer to grading rubric from the course syllabus. Do not use first-person or second-person pronouns (I, we, you, etc.) in your essay.
