opportunity topic. The information must demonstrate understanding of the legislation

Task 2 – Design your own Business Policy
To help you design your own business policy and have a template to use as a guide, it is
recommended that you source from the internet, and review, a similar type of policy in
a current food / hospitality business.
In your group write your own policy/procedure that addresses the Legislation you were
given for Task 1. The Policy must be linked to your Topic and the policy must address
the issues you want to present in your role as a Trainer. The information should include
