Paragraph 1: Governments around the world are concerned about the high number of university students who do not complete their degrees. Currie (2016), in a cross sectional study of first year nursing students in Canberra, Australia found that students who attended tutorials were significantly more likely to pass their assignments than those who did not (p=0.005).
