Imagine you are an office manager at a health care facility that includes cardiology, respiratory, gastroenterology, and urology departments. As the office manager, you have been given the task to create a newsletter for new and existing patients. Think of your audience when writing your newsletter; make it informative as well as visually appealing.
Create an informative newsletter for your patients (175 to 350 words).
Identify the following in each section of your newsletter:
Main provider of the system
Major roles (to patient, facility, or community)
Types of patients seen (typical demographics: age, gender, etc.)
Common diseases treated
Lab test recommended (based on diseases identified)
Specialization of the provider

Format your assignment according to APA guidelines.

Use the following tutorial to create the newsletter required for Week 2 to Week 5. The newsletter you choose to use will be added to each week. You will not be creating a new newsletter each week.
1. Open a new Microsoft® Word document.
2. Click the File tab and select New.
3. At this stage, Microsoft® Word offers you the opportunity, instead of opening a blank document, to choose from a variety of other templates, one being Newsletters (see below).
4. Click Newsletter.
5. Choose a newsletter template that would be suitable for adding to each week with a different department.
6. Click Download (this requires an Internet connection).
You will then be presented with a newsletter template that you can edit with the information requested above.
